The PA and DE Regional Quality Management department is making wishes come true for senior citizens in Bucks County. Through the Twilight Wish Foundation, the QM department has made gift baskets filled with note paper, stamps, lottery tickets, tea bags, lotions, shaving cream and other personal items for both male and female senior citizens living in Bucks County. The group has also donated a Christmas tree and food baskets for the occupational therapy initiatives to the Neshaminy Manor, a non-profit nursing home in Bucks County, and a DVD/VCR player to the St. John Neumann facility in Philadelphia.
