Joe Kane requested the wish for his long-time friend.

Mac, 82, loves to share his love of fishing. According to friend Joe Kane, "The children in the neighborhood all love him. He loves to fish and loves to teach or tell you about it."

Each of the children were able to take home fishing rods and tackle donated by Dick's Sporting Goods and Shakespeare Fishing Tackle.

It took a lot of people to make this wish come true! Thanks to Carole Eagles and Cardinal Yachts for their generous donation which helped sponsor Mac's wish.
